We deliver a round-the-clock on-site back up service and replacement of any parts required free of charge (on a fair wear and tear basis).
Initial installation and ongoing maintenance is by Triton Europe.
The first line of support is our Helpdesk. 96% of problems with our ATMs are resolved over the phone. We also offer an engineer call out service: 7 days a week.
And when you first get your cashpoint machine, you get first-level maintenance and self-fill training to get you started.
Reconciliation Helpdesk
Telephone assistance is provided by skilled staff. You can get help with reconciling your day-to-day withdrawals, profit transfers to your bank and ATM cash float replenishment and balance.
Sales & After Sales Service
Talk to our Sales Office about business opportunities associated with the installation of your ATM. We provide comprehensive point of sale literature, flyers and custom designed signage as well as advice.
